Recent Cases:

September 12, 2024 R. v. CJ OCJ Toronto, Ontario – My client was accused of having defrauded a person of thousands of dollars. Fortunately, this accusation was withdrawn and my client is now able to endeavour upon his future goals.

August 9, 2024 R. v. Clarke OCJ London, Ontario – My client was charged with Assault with a Weapon x 2, Assault Choking, Assault and Uttering threats. At my client’s trial, all charges were dismissed and Mr. Clarke was ecstatic that these horrendous allegations had been dealt with. I was just happy to help out the street.

August 8, 2024 R v. CA OCJ Toronto, Ontario – My client was charged with Extortion, Sexual Assault, Assault Choking, Forcing a Noxious Substance and assault. Words cannot express how relieved my client was when the prosecution decided to stay these completely unfounded charges. I always maintained that he was setup.
