What I Defend

There are numerous offences in the Criminal Code that one may find themselves accused of. Below, I list an inexhaustive list of the offences that I am prepared to fight against.

Assault, Assault With a Weapon, Bail Hearings, Bail Variations, Breach of Probation, Break & Enter (B & E), Criminal Harassment, Dangerous Driving/Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Drug Offences, Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident, Fraud, Mischief, Robbery, Theft, Uttering Threats, Young Offenders.

This list is not exhaustive but a sample of the charges that I may defend against.
